We have an application which is built one of inexperienced developers. so there is not good coding and bad database relationship. we have tried to fixed the issues we have but new experience developer saying its better to start from scratch. current website super slow but functionality is good. so we decided to make a fresh application. Design+functionality will be same. Business: Photo Editing Services We using CodeIgniter for the current site. we would like to change it. What is the new technology you prefer? We have dedicated hosting which is super fast. We have upload/download images files about 100 Gb per day. Processes: User: 1. Signup 2. Free Trial 3. Template Creation 4. make orders 5. invoices 6. Edit Profile 7. online payment through Cards+ paypal 8. upload/download images should fast admin: 1. Order Management 2. Site user management 3. Customers management 4. Teampate managament 5. Invoice management 6. Settings 7. Coupon management I will show you user and admin panel later. make sure answer my question above. Personally, I would use Ruby on Rails and not just because I have a lot of experience using it. Rails is also highly suited for this type of application. In addition, we will take advantage of some new Rails features like using webpack to write modern javascript, ActiveStorage to handle the image uploading and ActiveJob for background jobs for resource intense processes.
