Slight modification of php code to receive & decode data from a TELTONIKA tracking device FMB204

I have a simple php code currently working for Queclink tracking devices

I need slight modification of php code to receive & decode data from a TELTONIKA tracking device FMB204

I need :

1 -. "After receiving IMEI, server will reply to module 01. ( should be sent as binary packet). "

(I can receive IMEI but I do not know how to configure for the server return 01)

2 -. Server receipt confirmation

3 -. Adapt parsing received packed to FMB204 model

I have:

VPS & device for tests

Php files with MySQL configured and php viewer of received RAW data

The right sequence is:

First when module connects to the server, module sends its IMEI. (This OK & running)

After receiving IMEI, server will reply to module 01. ( should be sent as binary packet).

Then module starts to send first data packet.

After server receives packet and parses it, should report to server module number of data received as integer (four bytes).

If sent number and date reported by server does not match module resends sent date.
