Slight improvement in my ranking for just one keyword (not too competitive)

My site is on 14th place for a keyword, which is not too competitive in terms of Keyword Difficulty. I need someone to improve the ranking to 8th position. Second last on the first page. Please payment will be released only when the rank will be 8th. It's not attitude it's request to avoid any discrepancies later. Also tell me the time required, shouldn't be more than 4 days since it's not tough at all.
