Hello can we discuss more on this to get detail understanding about project ? As i am having some technical question on this so let me know when you get time to discuss on this and clear the doubts. You need to update css to fix navigation on top..for that i need to review the code and also how you integrated that in react..it might be issue if css conflict in react component... Moreover You can also check my profile page as i have more than 33% Repeat Hire Ratio..so i work as long term basis.

I assume the CSS class of the navigation is being over written here; And that is causing the issue - The navigation is scrolling on every page; May be there you have applied any jquery scrolling with the navigation which is causing navigation scrolling on every page; The recommended method is padding-top on the BODY, the same height as the nav bar; ( from the Bootstrap docs- "Fixed navbars use position: fixed, meaning they’re pulled from the normal flow of the DOM and may require custom CSS (e.g., padding-top on the ) to prevent overlap with other elements."); body { padding-top: Xpx; } Need to mention min-height, padding top etc and fixed this issue; But to give you any exact solution, need to check the issue or route of the issue; Please share the code base once, so that I can check it and can give you an exact solution for this issue; I am having expertise with Laravel, react js and bootstrap4 it will be very easy task for me; I am ready to start; Looking forward to have a prompt and affirmative response by your end :)

Hello, Based on your description of the issue I believe this should be a simple fix. In Laravel, if you are using a master template, you can add the navigation bar to a header at the top of you master template. That way, each page will always have the nav bar included. Also the nav bar can be modularized to keep code clean.

Hi, it can be css problem on bootstrap or your customize css that override bootstrap, or forth. I will find the problem, inspecting it with firebug tools to find css error/ css rule that showing scrollbar. I'm confident and can do fix this job as soon.
