simple php script displaying results as table

Hi, need a simple php script which shows the sql results as table. From a mysql table we need the results shown in a 10x8 table field matrix. Each table field contains an img (background). When hover img, the text should be displayed over the img. Text are 4 words ($text1, $text2,...). When clicking, then follow a link. The img are static, the do not change dynamically, so you can preload imgs or load them with the script depending to the text. It´s up to you. What we have: The mysql table, script for 'hover image displaying text'.
