I need password protection for a page with an option to hide user name if needed, meaning that I can set a page that requires a password to log-in only (not a user-name required), it should allow me to have several users and no need for a data base to store the passwords/usernames. It should be layed-out in a way that allows me to incorporate my own CSS to style the page any way I want. The page should be completed with a section that allows me to copy and paste my html content and my links to my external CSS files.

I am a web app developer with experience in PHP and ASP.net. This task seems straightforward and very doable. I was planning on having a list of username and passwords that the user can put in, with an option to turn off the usernames.
