Simple event ticketing system created in CakePHP 3.x using stripe payment system.

I am looking for someone who has already built an event ticketing system in CakePHP 3.x which is mobile compatible. Most of the systems out there on the market are too complicated. I am just looking for the basics. I have written some if the ideas I think this system should have, but I am open to other ideas. Basically this website would have a home page letting people know they can use this online event registration system to take tickets for their own events. It will allow them to sign up as an client and take them to a dashboard where they can see their events, past, present and future. Once on their dashboard, they can create a new event, create new tickets that are assigned to the event. They can create sub events and create tickets to for the sub event. Once the event is created and the tickets are created, then they can put the link to that event on their own companies website. When someone wants to purchase tickets from them, they simply click on the link on the company’s web site and it go to this same system where the ticket buyer purchases tickets for the event. When they are done purchasing the ticket, the person gets a receipt and a receipt and a link to be able to print out the tickets. After the transaction is finished they can click on a link to go back to the original companies website. The qr code of the ticket needs to be unique. When the ticket holder arrives at the event, they can show their ticket they printed at the gate. Someone at the gate will scan the QR code and make sure no one else has used this ticket. Client: Allow multiple clients to use the registration system. Client information: Company, Logo, Contact Name, Address, City State Zip, Description Client Stripe Management: Add stripe account, view account. Allow client to self-register and fill out account information Client can create events, tickets, discounts and manage the ticket buyers. Can check in the tickets by scanning the qr code. Can add/edit tickets, (title, description, price, quaintly available) Can add/edit discounts. System Admin: Add, edit, view the clients. Add, edit, view the ticket buyer. Add, edit, view events. Manage stripe account for revenue split. Ticket Buyer: Landing page for ticket buyer to buy tickets Get Billing Name, address, city, st, zip, phone (optional) of ticket buyer. Show tickets to be purchased title, description, price quantity selector, quantity available. Allow for the buyer to opt in to a mailing list. Allow for the buyer to input a discount code If this is a parent event, show the child events and tickets associated with the event. Pass credit card information to strip and get a confirmation that the card was charged. Show ticket buyer that the charge was successful, send the ticket buyer an email of a copy of the invoice and a link to print out tickets. Tickets should have ticket name, buyers name, qr code location and time of the event. Event information: The event information needs to contain a title, description and location (it would be nice if the location was built using the google api and they can just select the location. Allow for child events.
