Shopify crawler issue

hi, I have made a change to my Shopify store template to restrict the general public from accessing the site without having an account. it is just for wholesale customers with an account. I loaded the shopify suggested code into the liquid layout in theme as per below and with their help. This has worked well to make any potential customer have to log into our site before they can see our wholesale prices. However, this has now created as issue with google crawler because the main page diverts (as per the code) and the Google crawler seems to be having an issue with the Robots file (note that the code contains 'checkout' which I think is an exclusion) so when i now search on Google the web page is not correctly being picked up. I'm after someone who has fixed this exact thing before and who can easily fix the issue so Google search will correctly work.
