Hi there! I'll be happy to get this done for you quickly. I've been setting up servers for my own projects and for clients for the past 8+ years with both LAMP and LEMP stacks (the latter is what you need). Datadog setup in Forge is fairly straightforward. I will either just need your API key - or if you want to keep it secret and are OK with getting your hands a bit dirty server-side I can just walk you through what you need to do.
