Scraper to pull Last Sold Date and Tax Assessed Value and input into Excel or Google Sheets

I need someone to create a scraper or a way to pull data from a search (e.g. 123 Main St. Anywhere, CA) on Zillow/County Site/Redfin, etc. and pull the tax assessed value and last sales date, then have that information be added into a google sheet or excel.

Correction: The data of Owner Name, Owner Mailing Address, Tax Assessed Value, and Last Sold date need to be pulled from "https://epip.co.pierce.wa.us/cfapps/atr/epip/search.cfm" . The data scraper will need to search by address, be able to differentiate between the results for the proper result, and then pull all of the above listed information from that site. Occasionally, there is no transaction history for the last sold date, and I would need to have that data pulled as well (no transaction history).
