I can develop a command-line scraper for you in PHP which will accept either a word whose synonym you want to get or a text file containing words one on each line and returns synonyms for them in a separate text file. I followed the example link you listed for word "cooking". That page contains 997 related words out of which only 3 are synonyms which were highlighted in orange color. I am familiar with the processes of web scraping, likely would not need the full allotment of time as this is only a pessimistic estimate. I am able to implement this a program executed from a powershell window or through a GUI for your convenience. I await your response Myles

I have done similar project in the past . The project can be done in python you will need to install 2 modules for python and it will work on both windows and linux or if needed this can be done using powershell with no additional modules
