Reducing High CPU Load on MySQL instance. Sites framework is codeignitor v3.1.9. Site was recently updated to 3.1.9 from 1.0. I suspect some queries are querying the whole DB which is large. The app does not get a lot of hits so its not a high amount of threads. It appears to be user space. I am not certain just giving some insight. If anyone is a pro at mysql queries and codeignitor this site needs your help. cpanel is on php 7.0 and mysql 5.6
