Program needs to be created

I need a fake referrer system creating, I will show you links of a similar system it needs to function for many different urls. The URL needs to be fake referred so that affiliate managers etc do not know where the traffic is coming from There will be many different urls for many different domain. I plan to have customers purchase packages so will need a admin panel for the user to create their redirects/fake refers. One fake referral for each of the URLs. * easy to access and amend so that I can change import list of urls whenever I need to. Bidders please show that you have experience with this before you bid
