We have an existing web portal that was started by IT Company but not completed. The project has a MYSQL database structure, PHP portal site and a full backend for admin with main admin feature working and multilevel access feature. The portal frontend consist of a basic HTML homepage and subpages, however; pending CMS. The site is responsive and have URL rewrite for SEO reasons. A quick overview of the work is as follows: Critical Tasks: • Debugging o Google Map is no longer displaying o A licensed script on trail was used by the IT Company, without our knowledge. As the trail period is over and the license was not paid, there are errors on the front end. This needs to resolve this. o A content (images/text) upload process seems to be working (saved in database) however, not displayed on frontend. o Frontend Search from time to time show error messages. Seems to be related to script. • Reversion signup process FROM; o Signup, content upload, service plan selection and payment process – TO: o Signup, Service Plan Selection, Payment and Content upload. • Coding a; Reminder and Renewal Services process • PayPal integration Important Tasks: • Adding a CMS to be including META data editing, compression of site for SEO and load speed. • Developing of two (2) board listing page templates for Job Vacancies and Coupons with ability to search by categories (Design samples will be provided) • Design of two (2) content/articles listing page templates (Design samples will be provided) • Design of two (2) articles page templates (Design samples will be provided) • We have a new HTML homepage to be connected with internal and external content source i.e. o Blog articles, events, news, real-estate posting from own network o Info from other third parties i.e. Airport, Lotto, weather and Forex. o This should be administrated through back office. Additional Tasks: • Site is in English and need to be multi languages with French being the second language. • Adding two (2), additional Service Plans • Sales and Marketing Staff page to enable profile page and review of each staff. At present it is a simple staff listing page. • System notification to Editor; each time a coupon, vacancy, or new advert published or client makes change to their content. System specification and Database Indexing documents will be provided by the IT Company. We will provide a development area on our service Once we have resolved the above issue and complete the development; we will further develop the platform and mobile App, which will be outside this project.

Thanks for answering our previous bid, we've checked the project more precisely and have couple of questions before giving our final conclusion: 1) Why use custom CMS instead of any from the whole number of existing ones? 2) Don't you think of moving to worpdress? This might lower further development quotes. 3) What is the potential prognosed load for the site? 4) Do you a ready made design for the web app? We would propose using ready wordpress solutions for all the functions listed in your project + for preparing connections for future API. We can complete the project in Laravel, but currently repeating the wordpress functionality from scratch sounds like an overkill. Timeline for the project - 2 months from the start. Free testing/support period - 2 weeks after project completion.
