PHP-Proxy - Geo-Tagging Reverse Proxy

Create a mirror site by setting a proxy on a server using the best proxy codes such as Glype , Squid etc... to connect users from a banned country to connect a target website through a Virtual server or any other alternative solution to let users from a banned country to be able to connect the target website ( Tarfet website is only allowed to malaysian IP ) . No error in flash , GIF or delay in request is accepted . Simmilar websites exists already so writing a source from scratch is not essential wheras all php source codes are available in github . Not only skills but experiencs in building VPN , Web Proxy , Proxifying , Web caching , server cache , PHP , Jason , Java , MSQL , CURL , Ubuntu , TOR websites , Cloud , debugging should be known and a sample is required before finalizing the contract . Should be accomplished within 2-5 days . Test should be done and upon appproval 70% payment will be done . The source code should also be encrypted finally so no one could copy the source , cookies should be added to replace adds on target website for users loging through designed url .
