Hi. I have examined the specifications you attached and downloaded the sample XML file. I am testing a PHP-based XML parser at the moment - and I will update my bid based on that testing. To clarify ... The 'other' attribute in the XML file should be mapped exactly to the 'zone' field in the DB schema (in all cases)? I think the only difficult part will be in extracting the 'timezone' field - which is embedded in comments in the XML file. I think the job will only take a few hours - but would suggest 2 days as (an approximate) timeframe - to allow for testing, feedback, etc.. I am based in Ireland - so operate in GMT.
