A partnership with app developer - The developer develops and gives support and I resell in my country

For this project there is no money for me and the developers before I resell the use of the system to stores in my country. The developer develops the android app and gives support on technical issues, and if we have success in the future, also develops the IOs app - there are already examples of this app on playstore. It is an app based on selling apps of stores with features that are a little different. In total, around 60 features need to be implemented, many of these are already used in most of the these kinds of apps. The developeres need to develop it and my team and I resell it in my country and make visists to these stores to show the functions and sell the use of the system (we need a superadmin and admin web page - where store owners can register their products and specifications). Every moth there will be incomes and the app developer and me will share the profits.
