Parsing Similar Data on Different Websites

I am interested in sports analytics. Basically, I compare odds on different NJ sports betting websites for similar games and when I find a "+" odds (underdog) with a higher number that a "-" odds (favorite) on two different sites, I am able to bet both sides to make a guaranteed profit. This is similar to stock trading, except done with sports teams. For example, on two different websites, you have an NBA game (Portland Trailblazers vs Denver Nuggets). There are numerous odds on the game, but specifically, on an alternate total of the game (222.5 pts), the "+" on FanDuel is +280 for OVER the total of 222.5 pts, but SugarHouse has the "-" for the UNDER for the total of 222.5 pts as -265 (I've uploaded both sites as an example). In a situation like this, i would like an automated email to go out to me to let me know of this situation. I would primarily like it to parse every 5-10 mins, at totally random times, and run on my desktop computer with Windows 10. Thanks.
