A reseller panel that will keep track of accounts and expiration dates.

I need a programming expert to create a complete PLEX PANEL to resell PLEX SERVICE with the following characteristics:

• Multi-reseller support: we need to create different accounts for different sellers and they can only see their services. Admin can create and view all resellers and reseller services.

• We require that when you create a new Plex subscription, the panel asks for the pairing code used to log in to Plex.

• At the time of creation, also request the expiration date or choose between predefined plans: 1 month, 3 months...

• When the expiration date is reached, the device is automatically unpaired.

• At any time, the reseller and administrators can change the expiration date and the pairing code (remove the old one and add the new one).

• You need a notes section for each line.

• The panel needs a credit system.

• The administrator will be able to see what content the client is seeing.
