osTicket EXPERT - Script Installation & Help - EASY MONEY - Another one

This is a very easy work. I need someone who is an expert on osTicket to help me install it, and customize it for my user and answer my questions. We are a web design company, we have lots of customers that want to use OS ticket installed and configured. All i need you to do is install it on my shared hosting account and configure it. I will pay $30 per install and configuration. After the first install I will need a lot more. we are a web design company and we have lots of customers that need this $30 * 50 customer = $1500. I want to make sure the first one goes well before I start offering it to the customer. Once you do the first one all the rest is easy. All you have to do is install it and show me how to use it. If i hire you how long will it take you to install it? 2. have you customized this script before? You don't have to design it, i have designers. You jsut have to tell me where all the include like the header/footer files are so my designer can go in and design it. 3. how long have you been using os ticket? 4. i have a lot of customers emailing me at support@[login to view URL] with quesitons.. how does it work, if someone sends an email there do they get a ticket number? can they go somewhere to see the answer to their ticket? if they send 3 emails do they get 3 trouble ticket? 5. i have sales employees, shipping and tech support people.. how do i create different department. 6. how do i know which ticket is answered and which is not yet answered.
