I created not exact but similar apps, i need around 4 to 5 days max to create an app with all these functionalities

Hello, I'm experienced programmer both on software and hardware. Please tell me - do you want this app to gather data from hardware also or will you provide data in some form like CSV or Database access? Its not a problem for me to gather data from hardware if needed - I will just need some specs for communication and API that your hardware is using. I think I can come with final product in around 14 days depending on your special needs and layout approval etc :) If you would like to hire someone experienced who is not afraid of hardware interaction with pumps and who have done SCADA and ERP projects before then here I am :) I prefer PHP usage over ASP.NET as ASP tends to generate unnecessary files and is harder to safe-proof while your application will definitely need to be secured and resistant to any hack attempts.
