I want a one page website using Wordpress ( I can provide the hosted Wordpress site). On this web page should be a form asking for around 5/6 things from the website visitor, also a picture upload function, the contents of the form should then be submitted by email to myself. The form has a timer on it which runs around the clock 24 hours, allowing just 24 people to be able to submit their details each day. I'm tech savvy and know that this is not a big task so please keep your bids reasonable.
