Hello I have over 28 years extensive experience with Filemaker Pro and have developed, deployed and maintained many instances from very large and complex down through to small more simple deployments. I have had a quick look at your icon-group site and was not able to see the current newsletter subscription option, however what you want to do is doable, depending on your setup and how you want to have the data inserted into FMP, as well as other things like validations, etc. If you would like to send through some additional information on your project, including which version of Filemaker you are currently running, if you are running Filemaker Server and if so, if you are running it on your own Server or on a hosted environment, as well, if you are looking to have the data inserted into FMP from the PHP side, or via a (scheduled) pull from the website database (mysql, etc.), we can confirm a plan and I can provide a more accurate timeline for completion.
