We'd like to build a backend/frontend platform to deliver online video streaming, something similar to Netflix with working apps for Android/iOs/Smart-TV.

Loadbalance must be supported so we able to use many servers to handle alot of content and network usage.

If you have any similar experience, we'd like to hear your suggestion.
