I am looking for a developer, who can make a responsive wordpress website from a psd. You have to start from scratch. i.e converting psd to html than to wordpress. The site must be stable and responsive. Few plugins should be used. It contain a homepage, contact page, gallery categories, references, product page, without woocommerce.
