Need Small PHP Script to Prevent Direct URL Access to PDF Files in a Directory

My budget for this is $15. Please do not bid more than that. I have a directory with 100 PDFs. The website links to these PDFs. I need a script that prevents people from copying the direct URLs to the PDFs and sharing them. So the PDFs should only be displayed if the request is coming from inside the website. (Each user has a cookie so maybe it can look to see if the cookie is set and, if so, display the PDF?)
