I am currently working on a project to optimize Spare Part Inventories across our 200 European plants. A part of this project is to find/develop a solution or software that allows us to have a sharing platform across all European plants where: Plants upload their spare parts (that are enabled for sharing by predefined governance) and can search for spare parts if they need one.

We need basically back-end database framework that carries all the information provided by the users (per plant one user) and on the front-end a good looking and intuitive Interface.
