It's quite straightforward. I need a program that waits for new posting on a web page, and lets me know the title and contents of it as soon as possible. 1. The program waits for a new posting on the website written below 1) Website address: [login to view URL] 2. When a new posting is found on the website, the program notifies the user 1) What to notify: The title, contents, timestamp(including up to ms) 2) How to notify: A popup(with a sound) on my computer AND my private telegram channel 3. Remember, speed is the key. If the program does not work fast enough it's no use. If I get notified of a new posting later than free public telegram channels(there are already FREE channels that do the same thing for me, but I want it FASTER.), I'll reject your program. 4. Again, I want to read a new posting fast than any other person. Thanks.
