Need to develop a Mobile App for Patent , Teacher Communication

I need to develop a mobile app for parent and teacher communication. Communications such as, 1. Teachers to Parents • Text Messages for News / Alerts / Events • Images for Events • Home Works • Marks 2. Parents to Teachers Parents Feed Back In 1st part data will be entered in backend on a web page by respective class teacher for class wise messages, homework, and marks details. Announcements for all classes, all students or by selected classed or by selected students can be done by administrator. So the online admin page contains 2 logins: 1. Class teachers login: Teachers can send sms , images to the particular classes using Class & Section 2. Administrator Login: Using admin login can able to send messages to any students, any staff by class wise, and student wise. Home work can be send using class & section or all sections in particular classes. Also marks entries can also possible to enter in admin login. Admin can able to send normal SMS to mobile numbers by using our bulk SMS API. So simple we can say teachers can able to access the particular class, admin can access all. We need delivery reports for all to identify. Technical specifications: • Web page should be done in PHP using any frame • Mobile app should be done in Android, it should be work in all latest android versions. Also should adapt in all screen sizes. • Database will be online MySQL or any online database Very Important: • Both mobile app and backend WebPages should be work speed, light weigh • It’s all about school data’s so it should be developed in secure way.
