I need an Android App. like blablacar in Russian language.

Car owner can give different prices for nearest place and can accept 4 client but if its a bigger car, can accept more. We need to choose it. Admin control; car control with number of car. Car owner should write car model and other details and expectations from client. Client can rate own trip and car owner. Due to ratings If car owner wants to register again to the system, car owner should pay penalty. Also, Every trip, car owner should pay to Admin(me).

Google maps dont show normally but must have. Plus we should add places by hands(admin).
