Please use the instructions in the attached document to develop a Quiz using an XHTML form and name it ExplorersQuiz.html. Also write the script [login to view URL] needed to process the form and mark the answers correct or incorrect and also compute the final score on the quiz. For writing the [login to view URL] script you may or may not consult the attached document. Only one version of the script is needed for this assignment. Once the form is displayed the user should submit the answers to all questions. In case the user does not answer all questions, the script should prompt the user answer all questions. The final output should display the following: a) yourname, b) the correct and incorrect response for each question c) score how many questions were correct out of the total numbers of questions presented. 4)convert the score into a percentage score rounded of to the nearest integer. 5) Prompt the user to answer all questions if the user skips a question and not submit the form until all questions have been answered While there are many ways to accomplish this, try to use the most efficient method possible.
