Multiple Auto Dealer Inventory CSV files - Uploaded Into Wordpress Site

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Project Description: I am open to suggestions about which template (i.e. Worpress Autotrader) to use for this project. The theme will be responsive. I need someone to write a plugin that will allow for multiple auto dealers to send us their vehicle inventory feed each day. We will need to have a cron job run each day for each dealer overwriting the CSV file from the day before updating each auto dealers inventory. The CSV file feed will come from third party website i.e. [url removed, login to view], and HomeNet.com. Scope Of Work: 1) I need all programming and data base mapping to accept MULTIPLE auto dealer CSV file feeds from third party website i.e. [url removed, login to view], and [url removed, login to view] and update the data base with all the new vehicles, and remove sold vehicles. NOTE: I will provide a sample of the CSV file feed for mapping. 2) I want to have multiple auto dealers be able to sign up and register as users to the website with their own account and dashboards. 3) I need the auto dealers to be able to view and edit their own inventory on our website. 4) There are contact forms on the site for buyer to contact the selling auto dealer, I need the buyer's information to go only to the auto dealer that uploaded the vehicle. 5) I need each auto dealers to be able to add a single vehicle to their inventory manually. 6) I need the auto dealers to be able to pay a monthly subscription fee of $[url removed, login to view] from their account dashboard. 7) I also want to have private seller's accounts, I want private auto sellers to be able to upload a vehicle one at a time and pay a small fee for posting a vehicle. They also need to be able to view and edit their own ads. There is a sample of the CSV files we will receive each night attached to this post. I will be using the Theme and plugin on multiple domain names, so I will need a clean copy of all that is built with install instructions for new domain names I launch. If Wordpress is selected, I need it written in a way that the WordPress core software can be update as update become available I will have a second phase of this project that will be more about SEO work and an Iphone App. If the winning bidder is interested.
