WP Modal Exported Survey Database: Need To Query it

We have MODAL SURVEY plugin that we have collected survey data from, however, the export of the data does not allow for layman's understanding when trying to make sense of the data and when exported to excel or the like (JSON PDF and others), is nay unreadable to determine who and what. I need to ask some specific questions of the database to query the data and i'm not able to do so. I need a database person who knows this plugin, and knows how to help me get the specific info I need from it.
