Members Table

Members do not create their own account, accounts are created by admin direct into MySQL, no admin backend required. all fields are populated by admin Data Fields required are: Account Name Password Contact Person (first and last name in same field) primary email second email address town/suburb state postcode country date (dd/mm/yyyy) telephone account number Actions members can log in with their account name and password thru front end pages, or they can retrive their password using their primary email address. members can update their info..all fields can be edited except: Account Name Password date (dd/mm/yyyy) account number admin needs plain txt email to advise that record has been edited. Web Pages Web page templates will be supplied. Front end pages need to be returned in with same look and feel as templates. Configure supplied templates for member login page, edit page, thank you page and log out page.
