March Madness

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Mac using Javascript. I need a software where I can insert numbers and stats for March madness. I also need a lot of math behind it and it I also need to put in my algorithm that would run through the numbers. I’m thinking every team in college basketball since the 1999-2000 season has a “page” with all the 32 different stats we need. And then there will be a page where I can just but in the teams and it runs through the algorithm which I can explain later. I would also like this to conect if you can do that to a site called teamrankings.com. I would also like the ability to edit the software when needed. Thanks.
