Hello There, The solution is to upgrade the whole system to Magento 2. Why to Magento 2? Because the API you're using, the extension you're using and the PHP version you're using Why to Magento 2? You must be aware that Magento 1.9 has been officially out of support in 2020 itself. Your client's website is going to need an update if not today or tomorrow.
