Looking for a Wordpress custom PLUGIN Developer

Hello Freelancers, I am looking for an experience wordpress Plugin developer to build a custom plugin for me. A wordpress website for volunteering with advanced customization features TWO sign/in forms. Either sign in as an organisation (which will later post to the website for students to enroll in). Second sign in form, is sign in as a volunteer (where people enrolled will be able to view all posts from all organisations) Sign in form features: For volunteer sign in: username and password and reset password feature For organisation sign in: organisation name and password and reset password feature For volunteer signup form: 1 photo 2 name 3 skills(text input) 4 username 5 email 6 password(enter it twice) and the signup form should verify the email inputted by sending it an automated verification code For organisation signup form: 1 photo(of their logo) 2 their website 3 email(auto-verified) 4 password(enter it twice) Upon signing in 1- As a student: gets redirected to a page that has all the personal information of the user, and he can edit it. Also a dashboard containing all the certificates he earned from the posts he was enrolled in. 2-As an organisation: gets redirected to a page where he sees all his previous posts uploaded, and edit its data and a section where they can upload posts. And to be explained later, but as an excep, a section where they can approve or deny students for a certificate. Another Page: Its a page composed of 4 stages similar to as in a course Each stage should have 20 options where the student should enroll in 3 out of the 20 to proceed to the next [login to view URL] completing each task in the first stage , the student should upload a ~1 min video to the same page for the admin later to approve of or deny and if he accepts the vid, the student moves to the next task, and he should add some context (2lines) with the vid, and so on until he finishes all 3 tasks and goes to stage 2 and so on until stage 4, where he then gets an e-certificate sent to his email after each completed stage and to his dashboard the one he sees once he logs in on the website And in the last stage he should fill a form and upload a video, and after the form and the video are approved the volunteer can request a license and the license should be sent to the volunteer email and appear as a notification in the volunteer profile . And whenever the admin denies a students request the student gets notified either on email or on the dashboard.
