LMS project with 2 interfaces, Dev req..

Hi, I am looking for a web developer for a small LMS project. I have 1 interface completely ready to use in design, its fully complete as per the needs, need other one (if you have a pre-created children's LMS template feel free to edit as per my need and use that) along with backend development for both interfaces. Delivery is 06 Nov 2017 Thank You Please note that this is NOT a full fledged LMS but more of a show-working system rather than actual implementation so many things are just to show the concept and nothing deep, just retrieval of data saved in db where required.. Im looking for basic PHP and mySQL. Admin, parent template is ready to use and fully functional, it just needs validation, saving to DB and retrieval. Teachers pages I can provide by tomorrow, students pages you will need to do both front and back, if you have pre-created or existing template which can be edited to fit my needs, I'm fully fine with that.. For things like chat, online assessments, if a ready made free plugin can be used it much better as it will save time but it will need to be adjusted as per the requirement Due to my recent experience I believe 1 person will not be able to finish in time..
