JQuery based button hide and show functionality according to radio button selection

HTML of this page is done only button show/hide functionality is pending. Please find below the requirement - We have 1 page and 3 cases of buttons. 1. Page Load Over page load no form will show up, first box - Bitcoin will be selected by default. 2. Deposit On clicking button deposit small form will scroll down with 1 textfield as shown in refrence image ([login to view URL]). Label of textfield will change to the currency name selected. Like in this case 'Ethereum' is selected so field's name is "Ethereum Address" Withdrawal button will be grey out in this case. 3. Withdrawal On clicking withdrwal small form will scroll down with 2 text fields as shown in refrence image ([login to view URL]). Label of textfield will change to the currency name selected. Like in this case 'Bitcoin' is selected so field's name is "Bitcoin Address" Deposit button will grey out in this case. Special Case 4. Deposit Ripple This is a special case where if user selects 'Ripple' and clicks on "deposit" button. One more textfield will be added in the form ([login to view URL]). WIthdrawl button will grey out and textfield lable name will change to "Ripple Address". If deposit button is clicked withdrawal form will hide and if withdrawal button is clicked deposit form will hide. And on page load no form will show up. All boxes are radio buttons so 1 box can be selected at a time.
