Once Charter is uploaded an email should go to approvers for approval of charter. Once Charter is Approved. Project Moves into Due Diligence and an email is sent to all stakeholders. Due Diligence Report Out An email is sent to approvers and stakeholders once the above documents are uploaded into the web portal Once all these documents are approved the project moves into Planning stage In Planning phase the project manager uploads 4 files 1. project plan. 2. Training Standard Document 3. Certification Criteria 4. Ramp Plan The Project Plan is approved the project moves into Implementation Phase. In this phase the project manager selects a Go Live Date and seeks approval from Approvers as per first page. Weekly Reports should be uploaded & posted in this stage and sent to all stakeholders selected. On the Go Live Date the project automatically moves to Steady State A page should allow the Project Manager to reset the go live date if the project needs to be extended All events(like uploading of documents, dates baselined etc) should be recorded in the PMIS Central PAGE Once the project moves into steady state the Project Manager is allowed to generate a form seeking approval from approvers to close a project. Here as well deliverables are to be uploaded and approval to be sought from approval to close the project.
