Hello, My name is Lisa Videira and I'm writing from Luanda, Angola. I have a start-up project to build an e-learning Platform like UDemy and [login to view URL] but in Portuguese language only for my fellow angolans. This platform needs to be based on AWS and use WordPress Learning Management System template. I intent to use Amazon services like: . EC2 . storage . security . Elastic Transcoder for video I would prefer someone that have done the courses of AWS, such has Serverless Consultant or Certified Solutions Architect - Associate. Unfortunately, most of the "international" Platafform for e-learning ask for VISA payment method and most of my future clients do not have a VISA. Thus, I've decided to embark in a new mission to build a solution that will not only solve my problem to sell online courses, but also be part of the change to help future online instructors like me, have the possibility to offer their knowledge and earn a living with it. Relevant Skills and Experience ...and i have spend lots of hours learning reading and asking question. discussing with aws support team I have worked with linux, git, mysql and nosql databases. PHP and nodejs &react.js &angular... Proposed Milestones €250 EUR - help you analyze, fetch needs, design workflow and create a planning for website project €1800 EUR - implementing feathers as planned. including simple graphic interface. (flat design) +test & feedback €172 EUR - production install, final tests, documentation Additional Services Offered €1 EUR - using aws services and design based on aws services. €1 EUR - responsive design and mobile friendly design €1 EUR - clean well organized documented code (which helps maintaining project) (less pain for developers) €1 EUR - clear timeplan and keeping you notified during process so you can see what have been done so far last comments: i know building such thing with CMSes like WordPress is way much faster and it may even look better. but as a serious business you need flexibility and an strong base. (which CMSes cant easily provide) Writing code from scratch needs more time.
