ImageJ i have basic experience, i develop 1 assignment using ImageJ How do you plan to implent the cells/roi (see dropbox project details)? Cells/ROI i will implement using Jtable How much time do you think you need? It will take 2 week (10 working days) Do you find this project difficult? Hi I am a Java developer with over 5 years of experience and two of those are in the UK. Please refer to my profile for more information. I have worked extensively with Swing in my first few years as a developer. Although I moved onto JavaFX from time to time I still work on Swing UI projects. I have not worked with the ImageJ plugin but I have done a couple of projects on Open CV. I am working on the links you have provided and will update the proposal as necessary.
