Hi I need a Hotel Guest Feed back app based on tablet. What I need is that when my hotel guest is checking out, The reception staff will present the guest with a tablet which will have our feedback form app running. The app should retrieve guest name and other details like room no. and email address etc from my hotel erp. We run IDS erp in our hotel. After the guest has filled up the feed back form the app should do following things. 1. Send a thank you email and also a link to our Trip advisor review page encouraging guest to post feedback on trip advisor also. 2. shoot an email to the Genreal manager and owners immediately with the detailed feed back. 3. At the end of every month the app should send a consolidated report and summary of all the feed back received by the guest through out the month.
