Having issues with a site I manage for a client displaying hacked content on Google. Nothing appears on the website itself, just on Google's results. Need this resolved ASAP. Have run multiple malware / virus scanners on the server and they come back clean.

Hello Sir, This is my experience that if one infected file exists on your server then it will infect your server again and again. So I need to check each file and folder manually. Sir,I never use any software or any programming script or any scanner to find out malicious files or script on server. Because they can never give you 100% accuracy. But I will provide you 100% accuracy because I go through whole server manually and check each file and folder manually. I will also check your SQL file because I have found malicious script or suspicious script in SQL file many times. Thanks
