We are on the lookout for a Front-end Web Developer to join our expanding technology team.

We are looking for eager and dynamic people who crave challenges and are looking to expand their knowledge amongst a fast paced, talented development team. This is for an Amazon software as a service business so knowledge in this area is a plus. Development of the landing page and the software layout and pages is required.

Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement and maintain front end applications with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

* Maintain and improve our front-end code.

* Create and maintain our current web applications and public websites.

* Provide development recommendations of all supported application technologies.

* Cross browser and multi-device testing and performance optimization.

Desired skills:

* 1 to 2 years experience as a front-end developer, exclusively.

* Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery, responsive web design, SEO.

* Experience with Ruby on Rails and MySQL is an asset.

* Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere Pro is an asset.

* Experience using Git or any other version control is an asset.

* Strong understanding of User Experience

* Capacity to work in a rapidly-evolving environment.
