Dkim is a great tool for get a very good reputation. Dkim is a tool that need to be install in your dns server and your email server; according what email server you have (postfix, sendamil, etc) dkim need to be installed and configured; the other pint is your dns because you need added a som information generated from email server (just a new "TXT" register with the dkim key) I installed and configured dkim severals times so I can helo you without problem.
