Fix a registration form

Problem: Registration form in Wordpress This is a talent website where business from the entertainment industry will find talent for their production. Right now, the site is created but the only thing is missing is the registration form. The template has the functionality of registration with ´´Ultimate Member´´ but I couldn’t configure it correctly. If you can see in the talent category, each talent has an specific details in their profile. Some of them like models has the hair, height and some fields but other like musicians don’t need to put that. Each talent category has an specific details to put. Task: I need to activate this registration functionality just like the demo template. User go to register, fill the form based in the category and then they fill the profile page with all the information needed. Check the profile of each category to see the information we ask in each one. All the info that are in the profile are all the info that needs to ask in the registration form. Including multiple images. I just want the users can register and create their portfolio from the front end and I receive the notification (both Functionalities are included in theme) and then I can approve it. I have to approve before the portfolio is available in the site. But the form should has the field depending of the category. The Ultimate member plugin has another plugin called Ultimate gallery to be able to upload multiple images in the registration form but I couldnt activate it neither. Note: I have a lot of editings in different sites. If you fix this correctly and with a good price we can keep working together.
