Fix issue of the Wordpress Website

I need to fix the issue in the following:

Optimize entire website with SSL without slowing down website or affecting other plugins or the website (particularly rocketpro plugin) (I will need you to create a backup of the website or create staging site before you begin any work). SSL is already enabled but you just to need to force the https and the greenpadlock to appear and this can be done by installing a plugin called "Force HTTPS" or if you have another suggestable plugin, please use. ie: please redirect all access to website from http to https and the plugin will allow you to do it.
