Fetching selected dropbox value into textbox

I have dynamically created dropboxes with checkboxes in each row. Checked rows values are added in textbox. Everything is working fine except - if I change dropbox option, its value is not changing in result textbox.

problem: when dropdown value changes, teh textbox text isnt updated. Solution would be jquery code to insert into your age which will do the needful Kindly provide me your live url to check. Thanks
