Face Up Lift of a static website 5-6 pages

We are looking for face uplift of our website which is for a SAAS system and related to payments.
The logo colours will remain the same which is already on the website
This time we want to have the website in blue color and (a shade of green if possible)
Your work is
1. Find around 10 excellent templates on theme forest (we are only looking for the best and very clean themes)
2. Suggest which 2 templates you think would be the best.
3. Once 1 template is finalized (we will buy it) the work is to migrate the website in new template. It is a static website in php with 5-6 pages and a contact us page and also a page with a form where some php code gets executed.
4. If you think having wordpress would be a better option, please suggest.
